ABOUT NEW ZEALAND TRADE MERCHANTS LIMITED
New Zealand Trade Merchants Limited (NZTM) is an incorporated company registered in New Zealand in 2006 to operate as a commodity
trader specialising in the exporting of dairy products . By 2009 NZTM had moved its focus to the manufacture, retailing and distribution
of high quality dietary health products as well as health and safety equipment. NZTM no longer operates as a commodity trader
exporting dairy related products. The four new divisions are:
Bio-Naturals™ . Under the Bio-Naturals™ banner, NZTM markets a range of high dietary supplements including
BioTivia® and a new range of dietary health products known as Life Stream®. LifeStream® is a very vibrant New Zealand dietary
supplement manufacturer with a great range of products. NZTM markets these products internationally through agreements with selected
suppliers and directly via its website www.bio-naturals.com and in New Zealand through its website www.bio-naturals.co.nz. During
2009 NZTM will also introduce additional products under the Bio-Naturals™ banner.
Colostrumhealth™. Three years ago, NZTM recognised
there was a good demand for high grade pure New Zealand bovine Colostrum powder. NZTM worked through the New Zealand’s Ministry
of Health’s registered, GMP facility to manufacture high quality 100% pure New Zealand bovine colostrum capsules and powders. These
products are marketed internationally under the Colostrumhealth™ label. NZTM added vanilla flavoured colostrum tablets to the
popular Colostrumhealth™ powder and capsules products. Having reviewed the claims and quality of bovine colostrum health supplements
available in the market today, we believe that the quality of New Zealand produced bovine colostrum is of the best in the world -
a result of the collection and manufacture process as well as the nature of New Zealand's rich grazing grasses which provide a product
superior in bio active components. Approximately 80% of Colostrumhealth’s™ products are sold to the United States through
NZTM’s virtual shopfront www.colostrum.gen.nz and locally through www.colostrumhealth.co.nz. Approved distribution agencies
have been granted to distribute Colostrumhealth’s™ products in Indonesia. Negotiations are presently underway to
establish similar agreements with local distributors in Malaysia and China.
New Zealand Health Products
A third division of NZTM, New
Zealand Health Products, has been formed to showcase and market a range of New Zealand dietary health products. Under this banner
NZTM will market 100% pure Zealand sourced and produced products. New Zealand prides itself in its clean and green image and
high quality of raw materials. We want to capture that quality and offer the best New Zealand can offer on the international
market. Products will be sold through the virtual shopfront www.nzhealthproducts.co.nz and through selected international distributors.
ProCare
Safety NZ
ProCare Safety NZ is a division of NZTM specialising in supplying a range of high quality First Aid kits, emergency and
fire protection equipment to the New Zealand market. In addition, ProCare Safety NZ also supplies a substantial range of first aid supplies,
equipment and health care items at competitive prices.
ProCare Safety NZ was launched in early 2009 and has already established itself as a preferred supplier to a number of New Zealand companies. ProCare Safety NZ prides itself in personal customer service and competive pricing due to low overheads and bulk ordering. ProCare Safety NZ markets a wide range of first aid kits and safety equipment through its website www.first-aid-kits.co.nz. It also sell medical and first aid supplies through its online catalogue on it’s website www.firstaidsupplies.co.nz.
